Management Development Program

Accelerate has conveniently rolled up a number of its courses designed specifically for managers and supervisors to provide a management program which can be completed within 3 months.  The program involves 5 management courses, supplemented by personalised mentoring and coaching to assist participants achieve the outcomes of the training as they progress.  This helps to ensure the participants follow through on course actions and do not 'slip back into old habits' when the course is completed.  The training objectives will be brought seamlessly into the workplace.

The management program consists of the following courses:

Core

• Unleash the leader within (one days)
• The champion of change (one days)

Electives (select 3 from the following)

• Successful people management (one day)
• Getting on with your REAL job (one day)
• Managing across the generations (one day)
• Effective financial management (one day)
• Make organisational plans a reality (one day)
• Business activity analysis (one day)

Further details of each of the above courses can be found on the courses page.  The courses would be delivered weekly one day per week over a period of approximately 10 weeks, allowing time to ensure follow up mentoring and coaching between courses.  Each course includes a practical set of actions and objectives to ensure the training is able to be 'put into practice' in the workplace.

Program value: $1 650 per person (GST inclusive)
